Private Music Lessons

SPRING TERM, PRE-K TO 12TH GRADE

Private lessons are available at Oregon Episcopal School and offered in piano, organ, harpsichord, harp, voice, composition, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, saxophone, french horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, percussion, viola, cello, double bass and guitar.

The majority of our advanced music students study with private music teachers. The following costs are for all lessons, unless otherwise noted:

Cost: $35 per each thirty-minute lesson
Cost: $52.50 per each forty-five-minute lesson

Similarly, practice time is not simply time for rote repetition but "figuring out" and "problem solving" time. The content of lessons is tailored to each student, and there is a special focus on an understanding of rhythm and making music feel good. His website is: http://www.drumlessonsportland.com.
